  BUYER BEWARE!! This restaurant charges dinner prices all day on Sundays. They provide you a dinner menu and not a lunch menu during lunch hours. We went there around 2pm on a Sunday for the Grilled Chicken Avocado Sandwich listed at $9.49 on the lunch menu online and the Steakhouse Burger listed at $9.79 online. The Chicken Avocado was not listed on the dinner menu that was provided to us so I asked the waitress for a lunch menu and she said they only provide dinner menus on Sundays. I asked if I could still order the Grilled Chicken Avocado Sandwich and the waitress said I could. I asked her about the cost and she went and got the lunch menu which listed the item at $9.49. My husband and I each ordered an item from the lunch menu. When the bill came we were charged the dinner prices, $11.99 for the Chicken Avocado sandwich and $10.79 for the Steakhouse Burger. I called the pricing issue to the waitress' attention and she said she would discuss it with her manager. She came back to our table and said the manger gave a $2.00 credit on the bill. Needless to say, we were not credited the full amount for the difference. This bait and switch practice is unacceptable and unfair to customers. Also, check your silverware. Our silverware was very dirty and we requested a replacement which was soiled as well. This was our first and last experience with this location and perhaps any other Longhorn restaurants!

  A sub-par experience. I travel a lot and Longhorn is my go-to. In this case, there were just too many things to let it slide.
  
  --. Pretty slow at the bar. Usually when I pull up there's a beer in under three minutes. Business was brisk, but not slammed.
  
  -- Was looking forward to some bread. I had to ask, and was OK with being told it would come with the salad. (not before as usual). However, I am not ok with a hard and crusty loaf that's been out for way too long. And a tiny dollop of butter.
  
  -- The Wedge salad that preceded the stale bread was also substandard. Entire strips of bacon, and very much light on other ingredients besides the somewhat bitter head of lettuce. This is in stark contrast to the usual issue of way-too-much dressing, tomatoes and such.
  
  -- The coup-de-gras (so far) is that the steak arrived a mere 90 seconds after the bread.
  
  Now I am at the bar with a cooling steak, stale bread and dry salad. I'll be damned it I won't ignore all of these and enjoy the meal anyway, but it's a struggle.
  
  Edit: having powered through, two additional comments. 1). The steak was well seasoned and prepared correctly. 2). I will not penalize the waitstaff for these issues, though all of my comments are staff-driven as opposed to the facility or basic quality of the food. Hi
